Apps
I build tools for Swift developers, skills for coding agents and native apps for Apple platforms. The first list is my own work, and each project links to a page of its own. The second list is work for clients and other teams that I helped to ship.
Projects
Tools and apps I build and maintain.
-
Menu bar app that brings the iPhone Duo fold to a MacBook. As the lid closes, it reads the hinge sensor and bends a live capture of the desktop back like a sheet, drawn with Metal. No account and no network code.
-
Five Agent Skills that audit SwiftUI and UIKit apps for iPhone Duo and plan the changes: vertical bars, hinge-aware layout and multiple displays. Each item cites the Apple session behind it and is checked against the installed SDK. Works in Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Not affiliated with Apple.
-
Two Agent Skills for Swift Charts techniques that are easy to get almost right. One builds a TradingView-style scrub from masks and layered copies of the data. The other builds a hexagonal heatmap whose cells tile at any size. Each rule cites an Apple session or a pixel measurement.
-
Two Agent Skills for Swift code that also runs on Android. They choose the route, keep a shared Swift core portable under a native Compose UI, and set up the Swift SDK for Android with swift-java. An Android CI job measures what they claim. They work next to Skip's official skills.
-
Six Agent Skills that act as a system design reference and assistant on real projects. They scan a codebase for its stores, queues and caches, estimate the load at 10× with a calculator, and write design documents with trade-offs. Each pattern cites one of the 28 case studies in the System Design Interview books.
-
Two Agent Skills for editing video by conversation. Raw takes become an approved edit decision list and a frame-accurate FFmpeg cut, with captions moved to the new timeline. The second skill reviews the render with evidence before it ships. They work next to the HyperFrames and Remotion skills.
-
Native Swift client for the Reachy Mini robot. It runs on macOS, iPadOS and iOS, and it speaks WebRTC to the robot. Unofficial project, not affiliated with Pollen Robotics.
-
Design-to-code CLI for Figma and Penpot. It exports assets in parallel and caches them, and it writes output for iOS, Android, Flutter and Web. It runs on macOS, Linux and Windows.
-
Extension for SnapshotTesting. It records reference images in the HEIC format instead of PNG.
Contributions
Apps, libraries and websites that I helped to ship.
-
Quintessence
Website of a clinic and a rehabilitation centre in Almaty, in Russian, Kazakh, English and Chinese. A custom WordPress theme: doctors with live portraits, price lists, online booking into the clinic's CRM and visual snapshot tests. Staff edit doctors, reviews and prices through Claude and the site's own MCP server.
-
Sporty Finder
Social app for sport events. A user creates an event, finds one nearby and joins it.
-
Realy.
Social app that helps people to find friends by shared values. It is not a dating app.
-
xcsift
Command-line tool that parses xcodebuild output into token-efficient JSON for coding agents. This blog uses it for every build.
-
toon-swift
Community Swift implementation of the TOON serialization format.
